The Great Marijuana Conspiracy
Here’s a thought. If you wander into virtually any newsagent, tobacconist, corner shop or supermarket in the country, nestled behind the counter along with the cigarettes, tobacco and lighters, you will most likely see a display of these:
Ask yourself - have you ever seen anyone smoke a long roll-up cigarette? I haven’t. And I’ve kept an eye out. Sometimes both of them. This entirely circumstantial evidence leads me to believe that the long red, blue, green and silver varieties of Rizla rolling papers are used, almost exclusively, for the purpose of creating marijuana joints.
Not that I’m judging or condemning or anything… but think the powers that be in this country are underestimating quite how widespread the consumption of soft drugs might be?
