You may have noticed the lack of updates on the progress of the lawsuit we lodged against Complete Preservation Services, the cowboy roofing and damp ‘experts’ who have cost us, thus far, upwards of £5,000 (and more to come) based on their cack-handed survey of the house we bought last year.

Anyway, our lawsuit came crashing to a halt about a month ago, with the news that ‘Complete Preservation Services’ no longer existed (they are now trading as the completely separate, in-no-way related company ‘Controlled Preservation Services’). The addresses we had for them and their parent company were fake and, to pursue the claim further we’d have to re-issue the writ against the director of the company, a dribbling retard by the name of Steve Jenkins. This would require more cash from us with no guarantee of success, so we decided by this stage it would be throwing good money after bad.

So I guess it ends there - we’re £5,000 down, more than a year later the house is still a tip as (I hope) decent tradesmen try to put right the obvious problems he missed, despite our explicit requests to investigate. The only thing I can do is publish his name and address online, as well as his telephone numbers and humbly suggest that anyone who wants to bombard him with abuse feels free! And if Mr Jenkins wants to complain… he legally owes me £590, with a good case for an extra £4,500 on top of that. Over to you scumbag.
